Updated Terms and Conditions for “A November to Remember” Thanksgiving Giveback Event

By registering for and/or attending the “A November to Remember” Thanksgiving Giveback Event hosted by St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen ("the Event"), you ("the Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions, including the updates below:

1. Participation Expectations

• Attendance at this Event is voluntary, and participation is subject to the rules and expectations communicated by St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen staff on the day of the Event.
• Each registered participant is entitled to one (1) meal per person, to be enjoyed DINE IN ONLY. No meals may be taken to-go, and no additional meals will be provided beyond those outlined.
• Guests of registered participants who are over the age of 18 must also register for the Event and provide proof of registration to attend.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult, with a limit of one (1) child per registered adult.
• Seating Expectations: All attendees will be seated with their party whenever possible. However, due to the nature of this community event, guests may be seated with individuals they do not know. This event encourages guests to mix, mingle, and network with others in the community. Seating arrangements will be managed and controlled by a St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen volunteers and/or staff members.

2. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

• The Participant acknowledges and accepts that attending the Event is at their own risk. St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen and its affiliates, officers, employees, and volunteers are not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or other incident, whether or not caused by negligence, that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
• By attending the Event, the Participant releases and holds harmless St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen from any claims, liabilities, or damages of any kind arising out of their attendance or participation.

3. Accessibility and Priority Seating

• Persons with disabilities and/or individuals using wheelchairs or motorized vehicles will receive priority seating and entrance to ensure comfort and accessibility.
•  The Event operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as seating and meal service will continue only for the duration of the Event or until all supplies and resources are exhausted.

4. Consent to Use of Likeness

• By entering the Event, the Participant grants St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners have the irrevocable right to use their image, likeness, voice, or other representation in photographs, videos, or other media captured at the Event.
• These materials may be used in marketing, advertising, or promotional materials across all forms of media, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media, in perpetuity, without compensation, notice, or further consent.

5. Prohibited Behavior and Access Restrictions

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the Event. St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen reserves the right to remove any individual exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
• Entry to restricted areas, such as the kitchen, back of house, or other staff-only zones, is strictly prohibited.

6. Event Modifications and Cancellations

• St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the Event without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or other factors beyond its control.

7. No Monetary or Other Compensation

• Participation in this Event, including the use of any provided meals, seating, or access to photo opportunities, is offered free of charge. No Participant is entitled to monetary or other forms of compensation for their attendance, participation, or any use of their likeness by St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement

• By registering for and/or attending the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
